The following terms and conditions apply when making any purchases via our website. Rule 1: Policy for Accepting Orders

MB Spices maintain the right to refuse or reject orders afterward, for any reason. We will not be bound to fulfill or dispatch your order once canceled. We will refund all cash exchanged to the original payment method used during checkout. Reasons to refuse or cancel orders in whole or part for any of the reasons listed below:
            ⦁ There are only a few product quantities left to fill your order.
            ⦁  Product-related inaccuracies or faults in your order
            ⦁ Suspected resale intent
            ⦁ Shipping to any of the following locations is available: hotels/motels, warehouses, freight forwarding companies.
            ⦁ Recalls of products that may affect an item in your order

We may, at our discretion, request pre-approval for any order over a specific price limit. Before approving an order, we may additionally demand extra verification or information. The receipt of electronic or other forms does not mean that we have accepted your order.

Rule 2: Restrictions on Materials Usage

The Site is owned and operated by MB Spices. Our logo, “http://www.mbspices.com.pk/,” and our motto are all copyrighted. No one can associate our trademarks with products or services outside Murgh Brand spices. Any activity that is likely to confuse our current or potential customers must not occur.

We own the copyright to everything on the website, including the content, site design, text, graphics, and selection and arrangement. No material from this or any other website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, framed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.

Rule 3: Avoid the minor spelling mistakes

If a product is listed at an inaccurate price or with wrong information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. The amount of the charge will be refunded.

Rule 4: Inventory of Products

We can’t guarantee product availability, and some items may not be ready for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease offering any or all products. We can also cancel any order without liability or prior notice.

Rule 5: Inventory of Products

Shipment of all products ordered via the online store occurs every day after or at the agreed times with Shipping companies. We are not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days.

Rule 6: Check-out

Every customer can make a payment using a credit card. VISA, and Mastercard,  are accepted.  Non-food goods may be subject to taxes depending on the shipping address. We do not take checks or money orders as forms of payment. Payments made by credit card are subject to approval by the financial institution that issued the credit card, and we will not be held accountable in any manner if that financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
